BUDGET OFFICE ENVELOPES

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 2000 #10 Peel and Seal Window Envelopes with digital deliverables. The envelopes must have a return address with seven lines of type and one rule of type in black ink on the face only after construction. The contractor must ensure that the printing on the envelope is in accordance with USPS regulations. The project requires the contractor to format the envelope, follow the provided manuscript copy, and create a digital deliverable of the final approved artwork. • The envelopes must have a trim size of 4-1/8 x 9-1/2" after construction. • The contractor must use paper that meets the JCP Paper Specification Standards. • The contractor must provide a press quality PDF proof for content only. • The contractor must deliver the envelopes to the Bureau of Land Management in Sacramento, CA. • The contractor must also deliver a set of digital deliverables of the final approved artwork via email.
