The City of San Antonio, on behalf of the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply physical retail gift cards that can be used to purchase clothing and household items for program recipients. The contract will be a single‑award, one‑time purchase of approximately 1,055 cards with a total face value of about $50,000. All cards must come from a single retailer, be delivered in one shipment, and comply with restrictions on prohibited items (alcohol, tobacco, lottery). The vendor may source the cards through a retailer or distributor and does not need to be the card issuer.
