HVAC Unit Replacement

The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the replacement and disposal of two rooftop HVAC units located at 2810 Wesley St., Greenville, TX, 75401. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to replace the HVAC units, including removal and disposal of existing units, supply and installation of new units, and testing and commissioning of new systems. The contractor must also provide a warranty for equipment and workmanship for at least one year. Some key requirements include: • Removal and disposal of existing HVAC units • Supply and installation of new, energy-efficient HVAC units • Installation may include limited ductwork to connect to the existing ductwork and installation of new thermostats if not compatible with new systems • Coordination with GEUS staff to ensure minimal downtime of HVAC systems • Testing and commissioning of new HVAC systems to ensure full operational efficiency • Warranty for equipment and workmanship for at least one year
