Wheat Genotyping

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide wheat genotyping services. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order, and the Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. The contractor must provide pricing for all items, and the Government will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. The contract will require the contractor to deliver services within the period of performance dates stated in Attachment 4 Schedule and Transmittal Summary. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. • The contractor must not operate or fund any program, policy, or initiative that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in a manner that violates any applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws. • The contractor must provide pricing information and technical acceptability documentation as requested in Attachment 4 Schedule and Transmittal Summary. • The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Labor Standards, if applicable.
