Judson Independent School District (JISD) is seeking a single qualified vendor to provide comprehensive full‑service elevator maintenance, inspection, and emergency response for all district campuses. The contract covers preventive monthly maintenance, annual safety inspections, five‑year testing, emergency entrapment response, parts supply, documentation, and a minimum one‑year warranty on all parts and labor. The vendor must field licensed technicians, meet all applicable safety and regulatory standards, carry specified insurance limits, and submit detailed service reports electronically. The base contract runs for two years (July 2026 – June 2028) with up to three optional one‑year extensions.
