Evidence-Based Literacy Coach & Administrator Training

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is seeking evidence-based professional development and training for teachers and administrators on a statewide level. The training will utilize a coaching data dashboard aligned with Missouri's Read, Lead, Exceed Literacy Initiative and the Missouri Coaching Model. The selected supplier, TNTP, Inc., will provide teacher, administrator, and career and technical educator professional learning aligned to the science of reading, including face-to-face sessions and online asynchronous components. The contract period is one year with three one-year renewal options. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing evidence-based professional development and training for teachers and administrators • Utilizing a coaching data dashboard aligned with Missouri's literacy priorities and coaching structures • Delivering face-to-face sessions and online asynchronous components • Aligning with the science of reading • Supporting educator professional learning and development
