The Town of Hooksett seeks a professional architectural/engineering firm to design a new administration building, associated scale house, temporary facilities, a retaining wall, and a concrete pad for its recycle‑and‑transfer station. The scope covers full design development, stamped construction documents, cost estimating, and construction‑phase support, all meeting New Hampshire building codes and including utilities integration, fire‑alarm, security, and accessibility requirements.
• New admin building (~1,200‑1,500 sf) with offices, break‑room, restrooms, HVAC, lighting‑protection, security, and backup‑generator review.
• Design of a scale‑house kiosk, bollard protection, retaining wall (~105 ft × 12 ft) and concrete pad (100 ft × 30 ft).
• Deliverables: 30 % (July 30 2025), 60 % & cost estimate (Sept 17 2025), 90 % (Nov 5 2025), 100 % (Dec 19 2025).
• Must provide detailed cost breakdown, insurance certificates, and three sealed paper copies to the Town Administrator by May 28 2025.
