DBH - Honeywell Barcode Scanners and Epson PowerLite Projector

The State of Ohio - Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting suppliers for specific products, including one Epson PowerLite L690U 6,500-Lumen WUXGA 3LCD Laser Projector and two Honeywell Xenon Ultra 1960g 1D/2D SR Focus Handheld Scanners with USB Kit. The solicitation is open to State certified MBE dealers only. The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission. • The products must be currently contracted under a Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Competitive Selection - Two Phase Contract, Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA"). • Suppliers must offer these products on an existing Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA") to respond to this solicitation. • The awarded supplier will be the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. • All pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid and prices must be at or lower than current contracted pricing.
