7K20--EQUIPMENT - TRACKCORE RFID CABINETS - DETROIT

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a TrackCore Electronic Tissue Tracking System and related services for a 5-year period. The system will be used to track and manage implant inventory at the Detroit VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing continued licensure and RFID services, monitoring implant inventory, and providing technical support. The system must be FDA/Joint Commission compliant and integrate with the National Recall Alert Center (NRAC). Some key features of the system include: • Bi-directional tracking of implants • Real-time stock level monitoring • Customizable reporting • Integration with Cerner EHR • Compliance with VA security requirements The contractor must also provide training to VA staff on the use of the system and ensure that all necessary security protocols are in place to protect sensitive information.
