Office Janitorial Services, Buffumville Lake and Hodges Village Dam, Charlton and Oxford, MA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is seeking a contractor to provide office janitorial services for one building at Buffumville Lake and two buildings at Hodges Village Dam. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean the buildings. The contract will be for a base year with two optional 12-month extensions. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan and Activity Hazard Analysis. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and licenses. • The contractor will be required to comply with all safety and health regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of all employees who will be working on the project. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of completion for all work performed.
