Description
The Oregon Youth Authority is seeking quotes for the replacement of four HVAC units at the MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility. The scope of work includes providing and installing new HVAC units, including a 20-ton package gas air conditioning unit, a 15-ton package gas air conditioning unit, and two 4-ton ductless air conditioning units. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within a timeframe to be mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the agency.
• The contractor must provide an all-inclusive flat fee for all services provided, labor, and materials.
• The contractor must comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, relative to Prevailing Wage Rates.
• The contractor must maintain all accounting records relating to this contract according to GAAP.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, executive orders, and ordinances applicable to the contract or to the performance of the services.
