FY26 MV Puget Back-up Crane Vessel Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is conducting market research to identify interested and qualified contractors to provide backup crane vessel services. The services will include scheduled equipment removal and installation work, on-call collection of floating debris, and emergency response services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a self-propelled floating crane vessel and crew. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract. • The contractor must incorporate environmentally responsible practices into all operations. • The contractor must have experience with environmental compliance. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the time of award and remain active for the duration of the contract. • The contractor must submit a capabilities package, including relevant past performance, available equipment, bonding capacity, and business size under NAICS code 238990.
