Description
Gwinnett County, GA is seeking a single prime contractor to deliver end‑to‑end 1099 processing services on an annual basis, with optional one‑year renewals. The contractor must ingest Oracle‑generated 1099 data, generate IRS‑compliant forms (1099‑MISC, 1099‑NEC, 1099‑S), provide high‑volume printing, mailing, electronic delivery via a secure portal, e‑file to the IRS, conduct TIN matching, manage B‑Notice handling, and support corrections and re‑prints. All costs must be embedded in unit‑price line items; no subcontractors are permitted, and the vendor must meet specified insurance and security criteria (SOC 2 Type II preferred). The contract starts immediately upon award and must be fully operational by December 1 2026.
• Process ≥ 100,000 1099 forms annually, including printing, mailing, and e‑filing.
• Maintain a secure online portal for recipients and provide post‑processing reporting and support (8 A.M.–5 P.M. local).
• Deliver all services as a prime contractor with no subcontractors, embedding travel, supplies, and other costs within unit‑price schedule.
