This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair services for the Liebert computer‑room air‑conditioning (HVAC) system. Work includes scheduled monthly checks, bimonthly filter replacements, quarterly refrigerant‑circuit pressure verifications, and annual comprehensive maintenance such as coil cleaning, bearing lubrication, and electrical tightening. An additional fund of up to $3,000 is available for emergency repairs, pending owner approval. The contract runs for one year with the possibility of annual renewals up to a total of five years, provided the cumulative contract value does not exceed $25,000.
