Welding Lab HVAC

The Branch Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the construction and completion of the Welding Lab HVAC Upgrades project at the Branch Area Careers Center. The project involves upgrades to the HVAC system in the welding lab. A pre-bid conference and walk-thru of the facility are scheduled for December 16, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, and maintain liability insurance. • The project is located at the Branch Area Careers Center, 366 Morse Street, Coldwater, Michigan 49036. • The bids will be publicly opened on January 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm. • The School District's Board of Education will make the award at a later time and/or date. • The Mechanical Contractor shall be the Prime Bidder.
