Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at the B. Everett Jordan Dam in North Carolina. The contract will be for a base period of 9 months, with options for up to 4 additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the work. The award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements set out in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must provide an organizational chart or description that clearly illustrates all key positions, names of personnel, their firm affiliations, job locations, and their job/position title within the organization.
• The contractor must have a demonstrative capability to perform all requirements of the PWS.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with no active exclusions.
