Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking a small‑business‑only contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the FMH System Support Center (SSC) located in Building 130 on Otis Air Force Base, Falmouth, MA. The work includes daily cleaning of interior spaces, routine restroom servicing, floor care (vacuuming, damp mopping, buffing), periodic stripping and waxing, quarterly interior and exterior window washing, semi‑annual carpet shampooing, and annual wall cleaning. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and consumables, manage a secured on‑site supply closet, adhere to strict start‑time windows (before 3 PM Mon‑Thu, before 12 PM Fri), and comply with FAA security clearance and background‑investigation requirements for all personnel. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price base year (January 1 – September 30 2027, 9 months) with up to four optional one‑year extensions.
