Description
The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking bids for janitorial services at the Rocky Mount Service Center. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with optional renewal terms. The contractor will be responsible for providing general cleaning, quarterly services, semi-annual services, and annual services. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit and submit bids through the Sourcing Tool.
• The contractor will be responsible for general cleaning of office space, including 10,338 square feet.
• The contractor will be responsible for quarterly services, including cleaning of grills, HVAC ducts, and cool air returns.
• The contractor will be responsible for semi-annual services, including cleaning of window sills and blinds.
• The contractor will be responsible for annual services, including window washing, carpet cleaning, and floor stripping and waxing.
