Janitorial Services for Town Facilities

The Town of Mooresville is seeking a qualified contractor to provide complete professional janitorial services at several Town facilities. The contractor must be reputable, experienced, and capable of providing superior cleaning services. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks, as well as floor care and maintenance. The contractor must also provide proof of insurance, workers' compensation, and adhere to the Town's recycling and sustainability initiatives. • Daily cleaning tasks include cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, replenishing paper products, and emptying trash and recyclables. • Weekly cleaning tasks include wet mopping hard floors, cleaning door fronts and handles, and dusting public areas. • Monthly cleaning tasks include cleaning air returns and vents, and vacuuming fabric-covered furniture. • Quarterly cleaning tasks include defrosting and cleaning refrigerators, and cleaning ceiling light panels. The contractor must also provide a staff plan, including the number of employees and supervisors for each building, and a schedule for weekly services.
