Broadband ISP Services

The Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking a Broadband Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide services. The contractor must have a signed Network Services Agreement and Broadband ISP Technical Addendum with WaTech to participate. The contractor must provide individual end site circuit price quotations for each circuit they wish to propose, using the Cost Model provided in Appendix A. The evaluation will be based on the Cost Score and Timeline Score. The contractor with the highest Total Score per site will be declared the Apparently Successful Vendor (ASV) for that site. • The contractor must meet the Guaranteed Install Interval for each site they are awarded. • The contractor must provide a written response to each mandatory requirement column in the excel Cost Model Form for the sites they are bidding on. • The contractor must complete the Cost Model in Appendix A, which will be the basis for evaluation of the Evaluation Model. • The contractor must provide a signed Certificate and Assurances (Appendix B) for their response in pdf. • The contractor must provide a completed Cost Model (Appendix A) in excel for the sites they are bidding on.
