LSC-NH Star of Tomorrow Exterior Signage

The Lone Star College System is seeking proposals for exterior signage for the North Harris Campus. The project includes the design, fabrication, and installation of various types of signage, including building signage, illuminated and non-illuminated dimensional characters, and die-cut vinyl characters. The signage must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations, including the Harris County signage ordinance. The project requires a single source responsibility for each type of signage, and the contractor must have a minimum of five years of documented experience in the fabrication and installation of similar signage. The contractor must also provide a written warranty for a period of two years from the date of substantial completion.
