The Idaho Department of Fish & Game is seeking a vendor to supply and lease a 1,000‑gallon liquid‑oxygen tank, provide monthly refills of industrial‑grade liquid oxygen (approximately 12,000 gal per year), install the tank at the Nampa Fish Hatchery, and perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, and warranty support for a one‑year term (with possible extensions up to five years). The contract will be awarded to the lowest fully‑burdened cost bidder that meets all technical specifications, holds an authorized‑dealer agreement with the tank manufacturer, and provides the required insurance coverage.
