Description
The City of Austin is seeking a qualified contractor to supply original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, related equipment, and both non‑warranty and authorized warranty repair services for Kubota agricultural tractors on an as‑needed basis. The contract will be indefinite‑quantity with the City ordering parts and repairs as required, maintaining a two‑week stock level, and providing 12‑month labor warranties on all repairs. The contractor must be able to handle emergency “Code Red” orders, provide expedited repair estimates within 24 hours, complete repairs within seven working days, and support 24/7 emergency contact coverage. The award will be based on best‑value pricing after applicable local‑business and small‑business discounts.
