Description
The City of Commerce is seeking a qualified hotel consulting firm to perform a feasibility analysis for hotel development within the city limits. The analysis should include market demand, site location, competitive analysis, and economic feasibility. The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed report and presentation to the City Council. The project is expected to last 120 days, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
