Description
The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) needs a single vendor to produce and deliver 100,000 blank Medicare card letter‑card sheets, each containing an unprinted peel‑off card attached with a quick‑release adhesive. The job must meet GPO Quality Level III printing standards, be completed on either offset or digital press, and shipped to Chicago, IL by early June.
• 8½ × 11 in. unprinted stock (JCP L23, 20×26 in. basis, 60 lb) with a 3‑3/8 × 2‑1/8 in. synthetic card (7 mil) attached via fugitive cold glue.
• One‑method printing only (offset **or** digital), minimum 150‑line screen, 1200 × 1200 dpi (1‑bit) or 600 × 600 dpi (4‑bit), compatible with KMBS Accurio Press C3080.
• Pre‑production sample approval (100 sheets) required before full production; packaging in labeled cartons; 200 “blue‑label” random copies with GPO Form 917.
• Delivery deadline June 5 2026, with quote submission due May 11 2026.
