Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

No contract value is disclosed in the documents. Based on typical Ohio Turnpike sign‑upgrade projects of similar scope—covering design, removal of existing barriers, installation of new concrete barriers, hundreds of light poles, extensive cabling, and traffic control—the award could range from roughly $5 million for a minimal installation to $15 million for a full‑scale deployment across all listed counties. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of signs, length of conduit, site conditions, and required traffic management plans.
