25-280 ¿ Property Sweeping and Pressure Washing Services

The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Temecula DMV field office. The services shall be performed during non-DMV business hours, two times per week for property sweeping and one time per quarter for property pressure washing. The contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform property sweeping on all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles. The contractor shall also perform property pressure washing services using their own water source and an appropriate output in pounds per square inch (PSI) to not damage the surface being cleaned. • The term of the contract is 36 months. • The estimated budget for the entire term is $20,436.00. • The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the services. • The contractor shall comply with all city and county noise abatement laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor shall submit a completed Maintenance Log after each service performed, confirming completion of all required sweeping and/or pressure washing tasks as scheduled.
