Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for electric gate services at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. The contract will involve the removal and replacement of electric gates. Bidders are encouraged to attend an optional on-site visit on February 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The submission deadline for bids is February 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• The contract will require the bidder to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the removal and replacement of electric gates.
• The bidder must have experience in providing similar services.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations.
• The bidder must provide a completed and signed Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet.
• The bidder must provide any other information they believe is pertinent to demonstrate their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
