Description
Montabella Community Schools is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide lawn mowing and weed trimming services on school property. The project consists of mowing and weed trimming in various areas, including the school grounds, football field, baseball field, and softball fields. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the tasks. Services shall be provided weekly, and the contractor shall consult with the Maintenance Director to work around scheduled activities and events. The work shall commence on or about April 15, 2026, and continue until approximately October 15, 2026, weather dependent.
• The contractor must provide insurance certificates for general and professional liability.
• The contractor must have previous experience with similar projects, especially in K12 settings.
• The contractor must be able to complete the work on time and be responsive to the district's needs.
• The contractor must be able to work collaboratively with the district's team.
• The contractor must provide a detailed list of all current equipment and a detailed cost estimate.
