RFP 14-24 Building Systems Commissioning Services

The City of Concord is seeking a Commissioning Agent (CxA) to provide building systems commissioning services for the construction and renovation of a new Police Department Headquarters. The CxA will work collaboratively with the Architect, Construction Manager, and City to ensure systems are installed, tested, and operating in accordance with the design intent and contract documents. The scope of services includes commissioning of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
