Pre-Advertisement Notice Trace Organic Laboratory Services

The City of Atlanta is seeking a laboratory to provide trace organic laboratory testing services to support compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and industrial pretreatment program requirements. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and compliant laboratory analysis and reporting services. The scope of work includes testing and reporting requirements, such as sample collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as quality assurance and quality control procedures. The contractor will be required to provide consulting on new or unusual testing requirements and procedures. Key aspects of the job include: • Sample collection and analysis for wastewater, industrial pretreatment, and environmental compliance programs • Compliance with NPDES permits and GA EPD requirements • Quality assurance and quality control procedures • Reporting and documentation requirements • Consulting on new or unusual testing requirements and procedures
