Description
The US Army is seeking a hotel venue to host a Yellow Ribbon Event for the Maryland Army National Guard. The selected venue must provide conference rooms, A/V equipment, operations and storage space, childcare services, a community and partner area, a registration area, lodging, and catered meals. The period of performance is from 03 August 2026 to 14 August 2026.
• The venue must be able to accommodate the needs of the event, including providing A/V equipment and catering services.
• The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary services and equipment for the event.
• The US Army is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution for the event, including lodging, meals, and conference space.
