Description
The State of Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a court monitor for the Williams Consent Decree. The selected vendor will provide court monitoring services for a period of one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of the consent decree.
• The contract is expected to be awarded as a sole source to Crosswinds Consulting LLC.
• The bid opening date is April 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The available date for the bid is March 24, 2026.
• The hearing for the sole source procurement will be canceled unless an interested party submits written comments or makes a written request for a public hearing by April 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
