Optical Emissions Spectrometer

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of Optical Emissions Spectrometers. The solicitation is posted in accordance with the Rock Island Purchase Description (RIPD) and FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The evaluation factors include Technical (ACCEPTABLE/UNACCEPTABLE) and Price. The technical factor will be rated as ACCEPTABLE/UNACCEPTABLE. • The technical factor has two subfactors: Experience and Technical. • The experience subfactor includes published data and references. • The technical subfactor includes compliance statement, equipment identification, and warranty. • The price factor will be evaluated for the lowest total evaluated price of those proposals deemed technically acceptable.
