Description
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable sources to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repair Services for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at designated commissary groups and store locations. The current requirement includes services at Group 15 locations in Mississippi and Louisiana. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit a capability package that includes company information, business size and socioeconomic status, and a brief capability statement summarizing relevant experience with MHE preventive maintenance and repair services.
• The requirement includes services at Columbus AFB, Gulfport NCBC, Keesler AFB, Meridian NAS, and New Orleans NAS.
• Vendors should identify their geographic service coverage and indicate whether they can support one or both of the groups listed.
• Respondents are invited to provide comments, concerns, or recommendations regarding the draft requirement.
