Pool of Vendors to Provide Discount from List for Magnetic and TransCore Equipment

Texas A&M University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide discounted‑off‑list pricing for its entire catalogs of Magnetic and TransCore parking‑equipment, together with full installation, on‑site and off‑site maintenance, and repair services for the university’s Transportation Services in College Station, TX. The contract will be a Master Order that runs for an initial one‑year term starting 1 Sept 2026, with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The vendor must maintain inventory to enable next‑day delivery, provide 24 × 7 emergency response (4‑hour phone, 24‑hour on‑site), and carry extensive insurance. All work is FOB Destination, freight prepaid, and a minimum one‑year warranty is required. • Supply full catalogs of Magnetic and TransCore equipment at a negotiated discount off list price. • Perform turnkey installation (regular and overtime) and ongoing maintenance/repair (regular, overtime, and off‑site). • Meet strict service levels: next‑day parts delivery, 4‑hour phone response, 24‑hour on‑site response, and maintain required insurance and warranty coverage.
