City of Providence - On-Call Sewer & Drainage Repairs (Blanket Contract 2026-30)

The City of Providence is seeking a contractor to provide on-call sewer and drainage repairs for a period of four years, from 2026 to 2030. The contractor will be required to perform repairs to the city's sewer and drainage systems, including but not limited to, manhole repairs, pipe repairs, and catch basin repairs. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency response services for sewer and drainage emergencies. The city is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality services, meet the city's requirements for minority and women-owned business enterprise participation, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their experience, qualifications, and approach to performing the required services. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and a certificate of good standing with the Rhode Island Secretary of State. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the City of Providence's First Source Ordinance and the Rhode Island Department of Transportation's standard details. • The contractor will be required to provide a price proposal outlining their costs for performing the required services. • The contractor will be required to provide a plan for achieving the city's minority and women-owned business enterprise participation goals.
