Alletra Hardware and Support

The County of Riverside is seeking quotations for Alletra Hardware and Support. The awarded bidder will be required to deliver the product within 14-20 calendar days from the date of receiving the County's Purchase order. Bidders must provide pricing in Exhibit A of the RFQ, a formal quote on company letterhead, and a letter from HPE confirming partner/reseller authorization. Key considerations for the evaluation process include lowest overall purchase price, adherence to specifications, prompt payment discounts, warranties, delivery costs, and product acceptability. Some key products being requested include HPE Alletra Storage Server, Intel Xeon-Gold processors, and HPE memory kits. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancies or technicalities. • The County recognizes that prices are only one of several criteria used in judging an offer. • The County is not legally bound to accept the lowest offer. • Bidders must register with the County within five days of being awarded a contract to avoid delays in the purchasing and payment process. • A five percent preference shall be applied to the total bid price for Service-Disabled Veteran, Veteran, National Guard, and Federal Reserve Veteran-Owned Businesses, as well as Local or Small Businesses.
