Description
Gwinnett County’s Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking an annual contract to supply medical‑grade oxygen (various cylinder sizes) and carbon‑dioxide cylinders, including rental, refilling, delivery, and 24/7 emergency support to multiple fire‑station locations. The vendor must meet stringent FDA, CGMP, CGA, USP and NFPA requirements, maintain required insurance limits, and provide a dedicated account representative. The contract runs for one year beginning January 1 2027 with up to four optional one‑year renewals.
• Supply D‑size, M‑size, M6‑size oxygen cylinders and 20 lb CO₂ cylinders meeting DOT and CGA standards.
• Provide monthly rental fees, per‑fill pricing, and same‑day/24‑hour emergency delivery across ~10 fire stations within 100 mi of the central warehouse.
• Maintain FDA registration, CGMP compliance, and insurance (minimum $2 M CGL, $1 M product liability, $1 M cyber, etc.) with A‑7+ AM Best rating.
