Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking information from small business concerns for the provision of Short-Term Rental (STR) Call Center Support Services. The services required include customer service support for the GSA's STR program. The contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed price level of effort contract with a base year and four optional years. The government is seeking responses from SBA 8(a) certified small business entities. The evaluation factors for this solicitation will include technical compliance, management approach, staffing and manpower, and past performance.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing customer service support for the GSA's STR program
• Meeting the technical specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Having a demonstrated record of acceptable past performance on similar scope projects
