Smartsheet License Subscription and Implementation Support Services

The NIH Center for Information Technology (CIT) will award a firm‑fixed‑price sole‑source contract to Carahsoft, Inc. for a 12‑month subscription to Smartsheet Gov (a FedRAMP‑moderate SaaS) and associated implementation and support services. The contract replaces the retiring Microsoft Project Web Application (PWA) with Smartsheet Gov to maintain project‑management capabilities across NIH networks. Services include discovery, design, migration planning, template development, testing, training, documentation, governance recommendations, implementation, and post‑implementation support. The solution must meet stringent technical, security, and integration requirements, including FedRAMP moderation, role‑based access, automation, and integration with NIH identity and Power BI reporting.
