ITN for Laboratory Services Michigan Veteran Homes

The State of Michigan is seeking a provider for laboratory testing services for the Michigan Veteran Homes. The contractor will provide clinical pathology and microbiology testing, as well as supplies and equipment. The laboratory must be CLIA certified. The contract is for a three-year period and will be awarded as a new contract for each home. • The contractor will provide laboratory testing services, including clinical pathology and microbiology testing. • The contractor will provide supplies and equipment, such as kits, tubes, preservatives, centrifuges, etc. • The contractor will collect specimens in the morning, Monday through Saturday, and upload results into an electronic medical record. • The laboratory must be CLIA certified.
