Description
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking a single source vendor for the Florida Freshwater Commercial Trip Ticket System. The system aims to implement a digital data collection system for Florida commercial freshwater fisheries, replacing current paper-based processes and introducing reporting to fisheries that currently lack data collection mechanisms. The selected vendor must have the capability to fully perform the contract requirements and have the integrity and reliability to assure good-faith performance as a responsible vendor.
Key requirements include:
• The system must integrate seamlessly with existing systems, such as the Saltwater Commercial Trip Ticket system, workflows, and data structures.
• The vendor must have specialized knowledge, tools, or proprietary components essential for building or maintaining the application.
• The application must meet FWC IT security needs and be compliant with existing systems.
• The vendor must be able to provide a trip ticket platform across multiple state fish and wildlife agencies.
