Research & Industrial Equipment and Supplies

This solicitation seeks vendors capable of supplying a broad range of research‑grade and industrial‑grade equipment, consumables, and related supplies to Virginia Tech and all VHEPC member institutions. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis and will run for an initial two‑year term with up to four additional two‑year renewal options. Vendors must provide deep list‑price discounts, FOB‑destination delivery, OEM warranties, and a written sales‑representation plan for multiple campuses. Quarterly item‑level reporting is mandatory, and participation in the Publicly Accessible Contract (PAC) is required, with a 1 % fee on non‑member sales. SWaM certification is encouraged and may affect evaluation.
