Economic Impact Study Consultant

The Butler County Regional Transit Authority (BCRTA) is seeking a consultant to conduct an economic impact study of proposed public transit services in the area. The study should evaluate the economic benefits of a revamped fixed-route transit system and consider additional expansion not contemplated in the 2022 study. The consultant will perform various tasks, including project kick-off, data procurement, sales tax forecast, measuring economic impacts, and analysis of ridership and demand for mass transit. The consultant should have experience in economic impact studies and transit planning.
