Description
The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP) is seeking bids for joint cooperative purchases of highway supplies and services, including winter products such as rock salt, winter sand, and treated salt. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for certain classes of work. A 5% bid deposit is required, and all bids will be subject to prevailing wage rates.
• The contract includes various items such as aggregates, loam, cold patch, calcium and magnesium chloride, culvert products, guardrail, line painting, pavement preservation, and more.
• Bidders must submit their bids through the online procurement portal by April 2, 2026, at 1 PM.
• The estimated values for certain items range from $40,114 to $1,748,500.
• Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
