Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking qualified HVAC contractors to perform a one‑time preventative‑maintenance (PM) visit at each of its county offices. The work must be completed between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026, and any repairs identified during the PM must be quoted, approved, and finished before the September deadline. The contractor must hold all required Alabama state licenses, EPA refrigerant certifications, and must provide water‑treatment testing for the 11 water‑based HVAC systems. Full documentation—including inspection forms, dated photos, and signed approvals—must be submitted on‑site for each unit.
• Perform comprehensive HVAC PM tasks (filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, belt/pulley inspection, electrical testing, etc.) on all equipment types (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, etc.).
• Provide all‑inclusive unit‑price bids covering labor, travel, tools, and consumables; submit repair quotes for any deficiencies found.
• Comply with licensing, EPA, and water‑treatment requirements; submit required reports, pictures, and signed inspection forms before leaving each site.
