Pike Construction Services, Inc. is an EEO employer and is currently seeking certified NYS M/WBE/ subcontractors/vendors who can provide a commercially useful function to bid on the Monroe Community College Renovation of Toilet Rooms in Rochester NY. This project consists of renovations of toilet rooms in Buildings 2, 5 & 8: The Project includes but is not limited to the complete renovation of the interiors of toilet rooms with limited work within each building. Work includes removal of finish materials, ceiling systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical items, toilet accessories, and doors. Project also includes the replacement of items listed above along with mechanical units and plumbing systems.
