Description
Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a vendor to provide full‑life‑cycle support, configuration, integration, and 24/7 operations for its Accela ePLACE platform. The contract will be awarded under two statewide contract vehicles (ITS‑81 Project Services & GIS and ITS‑86 Software & Service Category 1) and will run for an initial six‑month term with a possible one‑year renewal. Work is 100 % remote and includes bug triage, custom scripting, integration services, data conversion, documentation, training, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide installation, configuration, and ongoing support for Accela Automation, Citizen Access, and Mobile applications.
• Deliver 24×7 system monitoring, issue triage, and resolution with defined service‑level expectations.
• Build and maintain standards‑based SOA integrations with other Commonwealth systems and support legislative‑driven configuration changes.
• Produce design, interface, and process documentation; provide training and coordinate with Accela SaaS upgrade schedule.
• Pricing must be submitted as a fixed‑price monthly model for both a 6‑month and a 1‑year term, with a separate vendor quote (90‑day validity).
