Description
The Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking proposals to provide a cloud‑based web security gateway (Zscaler) for its operations. The contract will be fulfilled through one‑year purchase order(s) covering a large‑scale subscription to Zscaler’s Business Edition, plus associated proxy port fees and support services. Successful vendors must deliver the service, ensure uninterrupted security coverage, and comply with Massport’s extensive nondiscrimination, civil‑rights, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver 1,500 annual Zscaler Business Edition licenses (including essential security modules).
• Provide ongoing proxy‑port management fees and Zscaler support (no onsite support).
• Meet Massport’s contractual terms: one‑year term, no additional charges, mandatory compliance with civil‑rights and diversity statutes, and electronic signature requirement.
